Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and improving the bank’s recovery operations and financial performance. Key duties include:
- Managing divisional budgets including recovery and litigation costs
- Monitoring financial indicators like NPL ratios and provisioning trends
- Supervising recovery tools such as litigation, settlements, and asset auctions
- Developing strategies for “Big Ticket” and “Mass Market” portfolios
- Setting KPIs and conducting performance evaluations for recovery teams
- Ensuring accuracy of performance reports and delinquency MIS
- Identifying early warning signs using predictive analytics
- Coordinating with internal departments like Credit, Fraud Risk, and Legal
- Overseeing fraud detection systems and reporting mechanisms
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university.
Experience
Applicants should have 9 to 12 years of relevant banking experience, specifically in collections and recovery.
Age Limit
