Eligibility Criteria
For Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Applicants must fulfill the following requirements:
- Member of a recognized professional accounting body (CA, ACMA, ACCA, ICAEW)
- Minimum 15 years of experience in finance, accounts, and audit
- At least 8 years post-qualification experience in financial management
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, IAS, tax laws, and financial regulations
- Minimum 3 years in senior leadership or management role
- Experience in public sector or infrastructure projects is preferred
- Sound knowledge of ERP systems and PPRA rules
For Company Secretary
Candidates should meet one of the following criteria:
- Member of a recognized body of professional accountants
- Member of a recognized body of corporate/chartered secretaries
- MBA / Commerce graduate with at least 5 years relevant experience
Other Requirements
- Strong understanding of corporate governance rules
- Knowledge of accounting standards and taxation laws
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Ability to work in a professional and high-pressure environment
