Eligibility Criteria

Deputy Program Officer (WATSAN)

Qualification:

• Minimum 16 years of education in Civil Engineering
• Degree must be from an HEC-recognized university

Experience:

• At least 4 years of post-qualification experience
• Experience in:
  • Infrastructure development projects
  • Municipal services operations & maintenance
  • Water supply, sanitation, and solid waste management

Age Limit:

• Maximum 45 years

Deputy Program Officer (Procurement)

Qualification:

• 16 years of education in:
  • Engineering
  • Commerce
  • Business Administration
  • Management Sciences

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in procurement
• Strong knowledge of:
  • PPRA Rules
  • World Bank Procurement Guidelines
  • PEC regulations

Skills Required:

• Preparation of EOIs, RFPs, bidding documents
• Evaluation and procurement process management

Additional Advantage:

• Experience with public sector organizations or donor-funded projects
